Starter Service Kit

A complete set of guided facial pilates sessions for anyone starting a home routine. The kit covers the first four weeks of practice, with each video lesson focused on a specific region of the face and neck.

The Starter Service Kit is built around the idea that consistency matters more than intensity. Each session runs between 12 and 18 minutes, which keeps the practice short enough to fit into a morning or evening routine. The exercises progress gradually, starting with gentle activation of the cheek muscles and moving toward the jawline, forehead, and cervical area. Every video includes a verbal explanation of the movement, common mistakes to avoid, and a slower repetition for beginners who need more time to find the right muscle engagement.

What makes this kit different from a random playlist of facial exercises is the order and the reasoning behind it. The first week focuses on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, because tight cervical muscles directly affect how the face holds itself. Only after that foundation do the lessons move into strengthening work for the cheeks and jaw. Breathing cues are embedded throughout, not as a separate module, but as part of each movement. This way, you learn to coordinate breath with effort from the very first session, which is the same principle used in the full program.

The kit is delivered as a set of video lessons that you can access at any time. There is no live component and no equipment required. A mirror and a quiet space are enough to begin.

What changes after a few weeks

People usually write to us after the first month, once the routine settles and the mirror starts to cooperate.

Mariana, 34 — practicing for two months

I was skeptical about facial exercises, but the jawline sequence from the guided setup made a real difference. My neck feels less tight at the end of the day, and I notice the difference in photos.

Cláudia, 41 — three sessions per week

The breathing cues changed everything. I used to rush through the movements, but now I understand why the pace matters. My forehead feels softer, and I carry less tension in my shoulders.

Renata, 29 — beginner, four weeks in

I started with the adaptations for beginners and honestly expected to give up. The daily habits guide kept me consistent, and the cheek exercises are already showing more definition.

If you are unsure where to begin, the guided setup option explains the tradeoffs and helps you choose a realistic starting point.
